The Birth of Boldness

“Hyper Can came to life after spending some time in Barcelona. I was new to skateboarding, with very little confidence. It was something I always thought was really cool, but never tried as a kid. So, I picked up a board and headed to Barcelona, the European skateboarding capital, to visit some friends. Not a bad place to learn, right? But man, this shit was hard.

As I watched everyone around me drinking Estrella—probably cheaper than water there—I couldn't help but follow suit. Naturally, the more I drank, the more confident I became. And with that confidence came faster progress on the board. To this, I say: Red Bull doesn’t give you wings... beer does.

And so, Hyper Can was born.”
